  Had a very good experience purchasing my new truck from Northstar. Got the truck I wanted at a good price with no pressure or surprises. Jim Barber kept me informed of the progress through the whole process and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

  I started out looking for a quality used truck but through working with Jim Barber ended up with a 2017 Chev LTZ that I am very happy with. There was no pressure and I made the leap on my own after considering options Jim had set out for me. The dealer principal also intervened and "sweetened" the deal on my extended warranty. If the service and warranty are as good as the sale I will be back for another vehicle in 4-5 years.

  I am from Terrace BC and was passing through Cranbrook on my way home and developed a problem with my Acadia 2011 Dec 29. Adrian Wrona and Rob Chalupiak managed to fit me in on Dec 30 and had me on my way by 1200 in less than 24 hours. I appreciated their professional communication and their time to explain my options and diagnoses. very good service !!
