  Didn't bother to follow up with my insurance company to finalize rental. Stated on the phone they would have it done by 4pm. Showed up at 5pm and nothing was done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Called to book a pickup truck for local use. asked to hold, didn't have time to hold. Called back, asked to hold. Asked to have manager to call me thinking id get proper service from him, left name and number. Nope no call back, 3 days later.
