  She became concerned after almost 4 times the expected service time, with no explanation. She did ask and was told that the "tech" was having difficulty getting bolts back into the skid plate. These never made it back on the vehicle as they were now stripped.

  This is a great lesson, quick oil change places are expensive, and don't have parts that they may ruin to fix their mistakes. ALWAYS go to your dealer, because guess what?

  DO NOT GO HERE . I went in for a simple oil change . They used the WRONG OIL / THEN REFUSED TO DRAIN IT OUT AND USE THE CORRECT OIL UNLESS I PAYED THEM FOR THEIR MISTAKE. / THEN THEY DAMAGED MY CAR BY NOT INSTALLING THE OIL FILTER CORRECTLY This shop will damage your vehicle and then deny it. They choose to treat people horribly ( ESPECIALLY WOMEN) .

  They aggressively attempted to con me into a bunch of extra service that my car didn't need. I think they used to wrong oil in my engine. Will never return here

  VERY PUSHY, Dishonest and OVER PRICED . Don't waste your time here . They will over charge you , try to deceive you into paying for services you don't want or NEED all to make a buck. DO NOT support these people.
