  I visited one of the national franchise stores for a computer and had an ok experience until I chose a computer and the fellow apologized and told me the computer that I took an hour deciding to buy was not available in store or to order in - they wouldn't even sell me the one on the floor that was right in front of me!

  Further, I have had friends who have taken computers there and their technician claimed the motherboard was toast and my friend had to buy a new computer, but it was very obviously just a power supply problem that my friend fixed under Warranty with Dell.

  I've purchased computers from Bud at Genius Computers for the past 15 years. Never had a problem and found Bud to be considerate of my needs and not try to sell me add-on's for something I didn't need or wouldn't use. Quite a refreshing experience. I highly recommend Genius Computers to anyone looking for a new computer or to fix any computer problem.

  I visited Bud - told him what I needed, he told me to come back in an hour when I picked up a machine that was custom made for my needs - including blue under-glow!
