  We will not darken their door again!! Needed a bottom of door seal for my Bosch dishwasher last week, so tried to source it locally. I see on Willow website, they deal in North American appliances only, and we were told by parts department that they do not bother with "those foreign appliances". Stamped on my Bosch is "made in U.S.A"!! Is that not a part of North America!?!? I sourced the part out of Coquitlam from a friendly, knowledgeable, competent parts person, ordered Friday, got part Monday. Tried to deal local!

  I highly recommend seeking appliance repair else where. We took our wall oven to willow appliances to be repaired, as the light was staying on and it wasn't heating. They replaced the door latch and charged us over $300 for the part and labor. We brought it home only to find the problem not fixed. Upon calling willow the service guy was headed past our house and said he would stop by to have a look. He did not fix it and just said he didn't know why it wasn't working and asked for money for coming out...ummm no way. They then decided they new what was really wrong and wanted us to pay full price for them to fix it. If you didn't diagnose it properly in the first place and we paid you we should be given some form of credit. I am absolutely disgusted in your service.

  Great people and prices. When the big stores didn't have the dishwasher I wanted, Willow did and AT THE SAME PRICE.
