It's been a little over a year since I've had my windshield installed by this outfit, after having assured me that they had done similar installations such as mine (v-butt windshield). My vehicle was not registered at the time and I had to trailer it down to them. This year, with the vehicle being finished, I registered it and was to enter it into a car show. My first order of business was to wash off the dust that had accumulated, after sitting a year, while the upholstery was being done.

After doing so I opened the door and found that the entire dash was wet, the carpet as well. Apparently the water had come in through the top of the windshield and dripped on the dash and onto the floor. I peeled the molding back and found little evidence of urethane between the pinch weld and the glass. It was then that I found the glass was not cut to size and the installation was that of an amateur. No amount of urethane is going to fix the job and so I'm in the process of redoing it myself. Having pulled the windshield out I find that the urethane did not adhere to the pinch weld and only in places on the glass. Apparently the surface was not prepared and to have the urethane ooze onto part of the dash is a sign of a shoddy company that does not take pride in their work. Why tell me you can do the job when you couldn't? I will diss the job that you have done to anyone that will listen. IMHO a monkey could have done a better job. (Even if I was offered to bring it back in for re-installation, my confidence in their work has gone beyond zero).

The people here are amazing. I was in an accident with a deer a few months ago and they did everything possible to help me get it fixed and get back on the road. I highly recommend anyone who needs glass-work done to go here.
