  I've been going here since the day it opened. Great staff, gym is clean and well looked after. If a piece of equipment requires attention Trevor and the gang are on it, it's not down for long. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

  Drop ins are $15, membership $40 for a subpar gym. The actual gym is so crowded with equipment that you can barely move, if you want to do any free weights good luck. It's so crowded that they use a chunk of hall on the way to the change rooms, a very high traffic area. The showers are low budget tile ones like what you'd find on a public beach and run cold for at least 5 minutes, if they even have enough volume for you to get wet.

  Very friendly staff and very mean facility. Lots of amenities including the tanning booth. They also have a woman's only section.
