  Just can’t get enough of this community of of yoga enthusiasts! Love the ballet barre classes which keep me coming back! I try to tell everyone to come here! My body loves this workout. I’m sure every inch of me benefits from each class. Very energizing and an excellent overall workout! I have no dance experience, but I feel like I fit in! There is no judgement here, lots of support and encouragement!

  I love the welcoming atmosphere one love provides! I go especially for the Ballet Barre classes. They are super energizing and offer great rates for students. Would defiantly recommend Ballet Barre at One Love as a super fun workout

  This studio has such a positive atmosphere! Both the hot yoga and the barre classes are great workouts! The instructors are professional and friendly! The space is always very clean as well!
