We certainly have a bunch of great people working in our Cranbrook BC store . Very friendly and helpful staff, and I can’t say enough good things about them .

Even though a stressful season, I noticed all the staff on there A game. Knowledgeable. Quality of service matches brand quality.

Out of town, we needed supplies Home Depot sells and it's hot outside with poor air quality due to the fires in the area. Could've been a little more understanding. And maybe post something on your store saying no dogs since any other Home Depot I've been to allows them.

We are from Calgary but also own a place at Tie Lake. Because we travel we often bring our small 9 pound puppy with us. Today with the heat over 30 and smoke effecting our air quality I chose not to leave her in the car with the windows open and I put my small 9 pound puppy in our cart so we could pick up a few hundred dollars of items we need. After shopping for 30 minutes I was asked by a woman who works there 'how did you sneak her in?' I said oh I didn't see a sign no dogs and In fact we choose to shop here because we know we could bring her in. She said they used to let dogs in a few years ago but a customer had their nose bit off by one so now they are not allowed. So I needed to leave her in the car or outside or leave. So my terrifying dog

Well it all started back mid October when our dishwasher broke down , we wandered in to Home Depot and ordered the top rated Bosch Dishwasher that the clerk told us they just started selling and it would be in in a week to 10 days max. Our research said it was rated number one so we prepaid the $1300 and three weeks pass after many calls to the "no help" help line, and a few visits to the store , our sales lady says, why not just cancel and get your money back, go home and order it online from Home depot you will get it way quicker. We got the refund and ordered it online as our sales lady suggested, low and behold it was cheaper online!!! Anyways that was November 12th and it was to arrive on November 22nd , again no show dishwasher, so we call the no help line and the fella speaks broken English and can only say sorry and we will give you $50 for your trouble, another week passes, three more calls, and today they told me it was shipped Dec 3rd, at the same time my wife got a call from them saying they couldn't find our order and that it would be reordered and be to us by Dec 15th, two full months after we started this endeavor, I am still washing dishes and there is a big hole under my counter. If my business ran like this, It would be closed

Maybe that’s why I’m there five days a week shopping for something or other

We arrived at our cabin in Southern BC Interior to discover our fridge had given up the ghost...with $300.00 worth of frozen meat...this is not what we wanted to see. Off to Cranbrook this am. Home Depot were the only supplier in town who could supply and sell to us today a bottom freezer SS that would fit in the custom space in our home. JAYDON and DEREK AT THE CRANBROOK STORE WERE AMAZING. THANK YOU. And another plus...regular 1988.00..on Sale for 1488 wahoo!!!
