  Bravo is the worst restoration company ever. Its a mess, lack of experienced skilled personnel. They run around the project like a chicken without head. Highly doubt if anyone has taken any project management course. So called project managers have no sense of project start or finish dates or key delivery milestones. Got no clue what to do next or how to get things done in timely manner. Absolutely no planning or co-ordination or experience. Run away from these people, not recommended.

  Absolutely worst sevice I have ever received. Unorganized, sub par work done by the Bravo tream. Thankfully the contractors they had to paint and put floors in where increadible and were able to point out shotty work to ensure I got the best service. Apon complaining to Bruce at Bravo about drywallying job the drywaller came into MY home and complained about me to the painter. How unprofessional! The painter pointed out that he could not paint the wall with it looking good and it shoukd have been fixed. In addition, Bravo carelessly closed my back gate and the dogs got out! In addition to the lack of communication and quality of work, it took over 3 months to get a mudroom and bathroom complete. I beleive that one week of work would be sufficient for floors and paint. When expressing to Bruce about the poor service he literally said nothing but a simple “all I can say is sorry.” Well Bruce, I’m sorry your sorry isnt good enough. I recoment that if you have an insurance claim you ask to have another contacting company do the work.

  Bravo is a company you can trust. Be it flood/fire repair, renovations or carpet cleaning, they have you covered. Friendly certified professionals who take pride in their work. I couldn't recommend them more!!

  Arrogant and rude staff, disorganized company, no proper trade experience, lack of co-ordination, stretched too thin i.e. too many things going on at the same time. Looks like insurance brokers have some sort of commission happening with these guy to keep them float. It's too bad that there are not many choices in East Kootenay and few companies who are in restoration services have monopolies. Never call this company ever - waste of time and money.
