  First and only time I will ever walk into this place!!! We are a family that eats at subway regularly. My daughter ordered the new hero sandwich and the staff just starting putting veggies on it without asking her what she wanted. I stopped him and told said she didnt want/ask for those. Was told that it only came with certain ones. I was shocked! Told him that she would want others and was told that it would cost extra!!!!! I thought the whole point of subway was to get what you wanted. I get paying extra for the meats, but the veggies? Then they dressed it, with mayo, and toasted it! I let them know that when she was sick I would be back to give them the bill. I left with nothing due to the hard time I was given. Two thumbs down for this place.

  In general it's a pretty decent place to get your sandwiches, the staff nine times out of 10 take the time to make the sandwiches properly they don't just grab a clump of vegetables and plopped down in one place. It's clean and it's comfortable inside and a good place for a late night meal if you want take out and don't want burgers or the regular fast food stuff.

  I wasn't happy with them because I got a sandwich from there I perfectly said to put homey mustard sauce on it but they regular mustard so I brought back and the guy wasn't going to replace until I pay for it i said you should have done the first time

  The staff argued with me about whether or not i was allowed to have my sub untoasted and tried to tell me they legally HAVE to toast the sub. Then because Trinity spent so much time arguing with me, my family and i jad to repeat our order 3 times. I have stopped at this Subway every year I drive thru Cranbrook. Moving forward we will wait for Creston and/or Fernie.
