  Failed to deliver. Literally. The driver was "stuck somewhere". The roads aren't that bad, been over 8 hours since it stopped snowing. We live in the mountains, have a back up plan ready. It's supposed to be what you do. No coupons offered or remedies suggested, other than to make it a carry out. No thanks.

  I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on Sat Jan 13th. At the time of order I was informed that the delivery time was 45 to 50 mins. After an hour of waiting I called to find out where my order was , I was informed it was enroute. Some 20 mins later my order arrived , I was rather upset to discover the pizza and wings were cold. I called the store although they were apologetic the best they could do was a 5% discount on my next order. I typically don't pay for cold food and feel the order should have been replaced with HOT FOOD. Next time a hot Dominos pizza !
