    Glorified oil change techs with no drive to take on a real mechanical repair. They overcharge too. My advice is take your car to minute lube or some such place they'll be more qualified.

    If you need to replace a key or fob, I promise you will pay $300+ and will take a minimum of 2+ hours to program + another $80. The young fella wanting to do provide the best of the best service was thwarted by others staff in the service department! Never, never again! Would sell my car if the only other option was to deal with this dealership!!!
