    Driving a European car, and was in need for a pretty rare car audio part. The staff took my car details, confirmed compatibility of the part with my actual car model, went into the back, and came back with the EXACT parts. Next, they went out of their way to coach me on the actual install. And to round it off, they ran after me as I left my credit card on the counter. A solid five star service experience!
