  This guy claims he is the number 1 agent in Cranbrook, but was unable to sell our house for about 6 moths. We felt pressured to keep putting the price down, which we did because he had an "interested buyer making a much lesser offer". When it occurred to us to ask who was the representing agent for the buyer, we found out it was him (double commission...bingo!). He then sent us an e-mail asking to renew our contract and took our house off the listing without notice. We decided to go with another real Estate agent and our house was sold in a month, for the price we wanted...I would NEVER recommend this real estate agent to anyone!!!
